Our Shipping Policy
We don’t want your pup to have to wait for their new food or equipment, so we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Where orders are received before 2pm we will aim to dispatch them on the same day, and we try our hardest to meet all delivery times. All orders will be processed Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Freight Costs – Frozen Food
- Christchurch City orders $5.00 per 5kg (NZD)
- Wider Christchurch area orders $7.50 per 5kg (NZD)
- Rest of South Island orders $10.0 per 5kg (NZD)
Shipping Exclusions
We don’t ship frozen food outside of the South Island of New Zealand.
All dry goods food and equipment will be shipped to all locations within New Zealand.
